Parfait
A tall classic. Three layers of ice cream and topping. You can top it off with our homemade whipped cream and chopped nuts or whole Spanish peanuts. Traditionally with Banana Split flavors of pineapple, chocolate and strawberry, but be creative! We can mix any combination of sundae toppings and ice creams. How about all hot fudge and Spanish peanuts? Or Grasshopper (mint oreo) ice cream and chocolate syrup? An old fashioned delight with a new twist.

- Okay, we do not start with a "store bought" brown wafer for these. We got an Otis Spunkmeyer (c) oven and bake our own cookies that we make into these awesome treats. They are big and delicious. We have two kinds. Blondes and Brunettes. Blondes are traditional light brown toll house cookies with vanilla softserve. Brunettes are chocolate/chocolate chip cookies with chocolate/vanilla twist soft serve in them, for the really big chocolate craving. Hey I might have just created the sentence using the word chocolate more times than anyone else in history!

Okay, so what is a..............?
Don't laugh, we have a lot of folks from other countries that don't know. Let's teach them about some of the best things America has to offer. Ice Cream!
Shake: Ice cream, milk and flavoring all blended together in a cup. You can drink it with a straw.
Blizz: Like a shake only more ice cream, less milk. You'll need a spoon for this thick treat.
Freeze: Like a shake only with soda water in place of milk. Sort of a tangier, lighter shake. Preferred on hot days.
Cooler: Like a Freeze only we add crushed ice. A crunchy, tangy shake. Refreshing on really hot days!
Float: Ice cream "floating" in your favorite soft drink. Root Beer is most popular, but ever tried a Cherry Sprite?
Soda: We take a flavoring, blend it with a little ice cream, then froth it up into a flavored soda and top with ice cream like a float. Not quite as sweet as a float. You can use all the shake and sundae flavors. Try one!
Dole: An ice cream for the lactose intolerant. Like a creamy, fruity soft serve ice cream but with no dairy.
Yogurt: A non-fat soft serve alternative. Many prefer it over the soft serve.
Home Made ice cream: We make it here with 15% mix. Very creamy. We use 75 year old family recipes. Grasshopper is the number one seller, but several are close behind, like Moose Chocolate.
Twinkle Coat: Think of crushed peanut brittle. Now toss in some rainbow sprinkles. Roll a cone in it or sprinkle it on a dish of ice cream. Crunchy and sweet. Many prefer it over nuts.
Nuts: And talking about our chopped nuts. They are a blend of two different peanuts, cashews and mixed nuts. All high quality and chopped together. Not your basic chopped peanuts, but a new level of tasty!
Great quality and service is our top priority. If you have any concerns, please contact Jeff Grossnickle at The Chocolate Moose so that we may better serve you.
